I've been using this product for years.... The recent new formula is terrible! Formula change and SCENT!
Aww man, why do companies always do this?!?! I have been using this product for years and have been VERY happy with it, until this latest purchase. I'm not sure I'll ever buy this again. You changed the formula and scent! I even dug my old empty container out of the trash to compare smells - yep, COMPLETELY different! The new scent is 'ok', but nothing like the original. Customers who have been using this for years keep using it because they like how IT CURRENTLY IS. You don't need to change anything! In reading many reviews, I see that there are lots of people who feel this same way. Bring back the original formula with the original scent and nostalgia.Reply from L'Oreal1 month agoHello! Horrible "upgrade"
This cream changed beyond recognition! Horrible smell and runny texture and awful in comparison to original cream that I have been buying for years! Why would such a great company made such a bad business decision. Why fix something that was so great! It was my sleeping cream, the texture was amazing and cooling and smell was so pleasant. I would say the "new" is worse than a dollar store moisturizer! Seriously upsetting! Not good
2 days with this and started getting a rash on my neck and on my face. I am not allergic to anything but this lotion was not good. Disappointed.Reply from L'Oreal2 months agoHi. After one use, I discovered this is good stuff
Being a man in my mid 70s, I’ve noticed some spots along my temple area. I also have some wrinkles on my face and around my eyes. I thought oh what the heck I’ll try this. After my shower last night, I applied it to my face immediately saw results. Excellent results on sensitive skin
I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes, so am very limited with products. The great moisturizers, I am using wasn’t enough. Added this and what a difference! Skin is so much smoother and hydrated. Awful
I’ve never used this before, even the previous formula. My face completely broke out in red rash, when I woke up, my eyes were almost swollen shut. People kept asking me if I was sick. Now, after day three of not using it, my skin is peeling off my face. I can’t even put makeup over it because of the dry skin is flaking into the foundation.
