I used this over my beautiful platinum hair for a temporary baby pink color and I got uneven pink and purple and with one wash, today I have blue, purple and pink hair. I love this product BUT it is PERMANENT

Won't come out
It does not wash out!!! Its been more than ten washes and it hasn't even started to fade. I got the metallic blue after a good experience with the light pink, but it just stained everything and didnt even look good. I wasn't concerned about the look because I thought it would come out fast and now im worried its permanent. Do not buy dark colors!!!Reply from L'Oreal1 month agoHi there! DO NOT USE THIS
This color will NOT leave your hair no matter how hard you try. I used pink and almost a year later it is still there. Do NOT use this product unless you plan on cutting off the colored hair in the future. I had a professional try to use color remover and it has permanently permanently stained my hair and even my natural hair that did not have bleach on it.Reply from L'Oreal3 months agoHi GirlyTeenGir. Stains
I got the metallic pink color to dye part of my hair pink with my swim team back. This was February 21st, 2026. It's not June 12th, 2026 and there's still a lot left in my hair. It stained my hair and it's super frustrating because it doesn't even look good anymore. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!Reply from L'Oreal3 months agoHi. Great but act as a professional with a pro product

LOVE color, PLEASE make it a permanent color!
I absolutely LOVE this color #Metallica Orchid 04. I went from being invisible to fabulous! I really, really wish you would make this color in permanent. It fades too fast. I seriously, cannot go anywhere without getting at least two compliments. I have had this coat for over 10 years and did my hair last Sept when it wasnt cold. If I had tried to match it, it would never had happened. Metallic Pink/Fuchsia is staining skin *horribly*
My hair now stains any skin it touches, even though my hair is bone dry. I've already scrubbed my head raw to get out any bits of dye that might've caused it, and I've seen no improvement with the staining. It's really weird too, since I've used this color before, and it didn't stain like this last time! Did the recipe change or something?Reply from L'Oreal6 months agoHi Anonymous! We suggest applying some oil on the stains, allow to sit for a few minutes, then gently wipe with a cotton ball/pad to remove the stains.
