I love the product but it gets on my pillowcase even though I think it’s been fully removed. And it will not come out of the fabric. It sounds like some stray bits of tubing did not come off completely during makeup removal. For a pillowcase, you might try pre-treating the area with a little bit of liquid dish soap or a dedicated laundry pre-treater, letting it sit for 10–15 minutes before running under some warm water. Doesn’t sweat or flake off during 10 hr shift
This is the only mascara that I know will last my long shift work hours. The duo of primer and mascara makes the stay or adhesion strong. There is no flaking and my lashes look nourished and lengthened. Works beautifully but need options.
I have been a fan of this mascara for years. I could give it five stars if there were the option to purchase it in brown. Volume and length, no eyelid transfer

It doesn’t seem the same…
For years this was literally the only mascara that would not smudge upon application or eventually leave me with dark circles. It also made my lashes look great! The last two tubes have not been up to the quality of the past. At first, I thought it was a fluke, but my most recent purchase has had the same poor performance. The smudges are particularly stubborn and hard to get off. My lashes also seem to stay a bit sticky or wet. I am bummed. I guess it’s back to the tubing mascara I used before this one. It is much more expensive and it doesn’t make my lashes look as nice, but I really cannot abide the smudges and the eventual dark circles. Breaks Eyelashes
There is nothing on the package to tell you that this must be removed with WARM water ONLY. And it is recommended that you rub straight down. I used a makeup wipe and my eyelashes broke off. Did the formula change? (sigh)
It seems that Loreal may have changed the formula for this product. It has been my tried and true, go-to mascara for years! It lengthened and defined my lashes, it didn't smudge or flake off - but it did wash off easily with soap and water. Perfection!! The last 3 tubes I've tried all have the same issue. It will not wash off. I don't want to risk pulling out my eyelashes trying to remove this stuff.
