I’m very disappointed with this shampoo. I have used this product for many years, and my mom and I have been using it for almost 20 years because we truly loved it. Unfortunately, the shampoo doesn’t seem to be the same anymore. With other shampoos, I can usually go about 4 days before washing my hair again. With this one, my hair and scalp start to smell bad after just 1–2 days. I’ve also noticed that the fragrance has changed and doesn’t smell as good as it used to. Changed the scent. Very watery and leaves hair greasy. It’s really disappointing because this was one of my favorite shampoos for so many years. I really hope L’Oréal considers looking into the formula and bringing back the quality and fragrance it had before.Reply from L'Oreal3 days agoHi Jenny! L’Oréal Is Amazing
L’Oréal Products are my fav! I have been using L’Oréal products for 15-20 plus years since 2008 or 2009 & I love my L’Oréal brand it works amazing for my hair! Best L’Oréal Products
You can’t go wrong with L’Oréal Products! My all time fav hair product I have been using these products for 15-20 plus years no hair damage no frizz in hair & they have came out with amazing products through the years!
