This whole line is absolutely amazing! I have wavy/curly hair that is starting to go gray, and this delivers the perfect amount of moisture to my dry and frizzy curls. I use the shampoo, conditioner, serum, and water treatment. My hair is soooo soft, and even my second day hair is great! Soft, Shiny, and Hydrated Curls/Waves!

In love is understatement of how I feel
I don't know what kind of crack is in the shampoo and conditioner but I am in love my hair is so soft after just one wash with the shampoo And then even more soft Not frizzy and so bouncy and shiny After the conditioner This is crazy I don't think I'm ever gonna use any other shampoo and conditioner having natural hair I need all the moisture I can get in this shampoo and conditioner definitely does The job Keep up the great work guys Is all I can say{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on lorealparisusa.com 
Conditioner ChangeReviewed 3 weeks agoSomething has changed!
Something has definitely changed. I've used this shampoo and conditioner duo since 2023 and have always loved it. The scent is wonderful, and it used to leave my hair incredibly soft and silky. Unfortunately, the newest bottle of conditioner has completely changed my experience. I have very fine, very thin hair, and now it leaves my hair stringy, limp, and greasy. After letting my hair air dry and wearing it in a braid for the day, the braided sections felt like they had a Vaseline-like residue. Even after blow drying, my hair felt tacky, as though the conditioner never fully rinsed out. Previously, my hair felt smooth and silky while rinsing in the shower. Now it has a wet, tacky feeling that never seems to go away, no matter how long I rinse. I've been using this line for years, so this was a very noticeable change and incredibly disappointing.Reply from L'Oreal2 weeks agoHi there! Best conditioner I’ve used
This is by far the best conditioner I’ve ever used including expensive “salon” brands. It keeps my hair hydrated & soft.
