I have been using this for over 10 years and I won't be using it anymore after your change to the formula and scent! It makes my head itch and it stinks! Reformulation SUCKS
Please bring the old formula back from a few years ago. The new one is not good at all. You guys had a perfectly good formula that actually did something to make my hair feel and look better. And the scent change IS CRIMINALLL! the new one is garbage! Bring back the sweet almond and vanilla scent !! ( total repair 5 repairing line . Scent changed, change it back please
It’s been a year since the scent has changed for this shampoo and conditioner. PLEASE change it back to the previous scent. Nobody likes it. It’s too strong and doesn’t smell good. Nobody wanted you guys to change the scent so why did that even happen in the first place? This shampoo and conditioner used to sell out and now it just sits on the shelves. Change it back please. Hate the new smell.
I have been using this shampoo for 13 years. I love what it does for my hair. Now I can no longer use it. I do not like strong smells. I get headaches from them. I don't care for it

What happened
Used this line for years and loved it! Recently since buying the new bottles I’ve experienced HEAVY hair shedding. Nothing else has changed in my hair routine. Since switching to a whole new brand the excessive shedding has stopped. If the formula was changed, please please please change it back.Reply from L'Oreal5 months agoHi DJ88! New Formula Is a Miss
I have been a loyal user of this product for every bit of 5 years. I have loved it. However, the recent formula change has been devastating. The smell is absolutely awful. At first I thought I’d accidentally grabbed my husband’s body wash because it smells like a man’s scent. Second, it makes my scalp itch in the worst way possible. Lastly, the build up it leaves is insane. I have NEVER had these issues. This is my third try with this new formula thinking maybe they needed time to get it right but I cannot keep using this bottle and will be throwing it out.
