[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This color came out SO GOOD. I highly recommend this brand. It left my hair so silky smooth and the black color came out completely black and went over my old hair dye. It doesn’t have an overwhelming chemical smell like some dye has. It doesn’t hurt or hurt my skin or scalp. I have sensitive skin and I had zero issues. It came with a little comb to help with coloring. A shampoo that you don’t get anywhere else. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just ok but I felt like the color was a bit drab. Smell was strong and took a lot to rinse it out. I felt like it got darker the next day. Tried and True
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first choice for box color. The odor is not overwhelming. I was a little worried when it looked a little blue processing but it is indeed black. As you can see it covered my grey 💯. No damage, dryness or loss of shine. Easy to follow directions. So easy to use at home, but professional quality results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dark Brown Creme Excellence hair color from Loreal is amazing. It is so easy to use. The packaging is labeled to ensure no confusion while mixing. It doesn't have an overpowering smell when you are applying. It goes on easy and one box was plenty for my shoulder length hair. I had quite a few whites and greys near my temples and sprinkled throughout my hair, but it covered fabulously. It rinses out quickly. The conditioner provided left my hair silky, smooth, and so soft. Nice product but color was nothing like the box.
I gave this a 3 star because of the color. Everything else about the product would be a 5. My medium brown hair is almost all gray now and I've been frosting it with the Petite Frost kit in the lightest blonde shade loving the results but hating the process. I decided on Excellence due to the reviews. I didn't want a platinum blonde as I guess I already have that. I wanted a pale yellow shade not a golden or reddish shade. Not sure the color I chose but honestly I hate the color. It's a dark strawberry blonde which doesn't go with me at all. Now I'm not sure what color to choose to remedy this. I'm pretty sure I'll bite the bullet and color test it and if I don't like it toss snd buy a different one.
