When did ash mean red?
I'm trying to understand why Light Ash Brown turned my gray and light brown hair red. The product was easy to use, and my hair feels nice after using but I chose Ash to not have any reds.Reply from L'Oreal1 month agoHi there freshcreek, we completely understand how frustrating that is! When you specifically choose an ash shade to neutralize warmth, seeing unexpected red or warm tones is definitely a disappointment. Not worth it!

Long lastung color

Not good
Very disappointed. Did nothing to cover any of my gray hair. Says 100% coverage but it barely lightened my hair and all the grays were very much there.
