I'm trying to understand why Light Ash Brown turned my gray and light brown hair red. When you specifically choose an ash shade to neutralize warmth, seeing unexpected red or warm tones is definitely a disappointment. It sounds like your natural hair color is not that dark, so this color should have been the perfect choice. Not worth it!

Long lastung color

Not good
Very disappointed. Did nothing to cover any of my gray hair. Says 100% coverage but it barely lightened my hair and all the grays were very much there. My hair looks great!
First time using this product. I liked it! Easy to mix, easy to apply. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough with my long hair but there was plenty. I like the shampoo & conditioner included. Best of all, my hair looks great! Shiny, smooth, perfect coverage especially of my grey, and variations in how the color picked up makes it look very natural! Love the product / why discontinue a color?
