This is the worst product I have ever used. It turned the top of my hair pinkish orange. I have always used Revlon hair color which worked great but because they were out the light ash brown I thought I would try your product of light ash brown. What a BIG mistake that was. I am so embarrassed at the way is looks that I can't even leave the house. I will never use your products again. I called your phone number but, of course, the recorded message said to call back on Monday. That certainly doesn't help me. CVS shipped brown instead of black which is what I
Shipped wrong color of mascara . Great mascara, defective unit
I love how the mascara made my eyelashes bigger and fuller but the wand and container is defective. The part that is at the top of the container pushed in and now no longer allows the wand to remove most of the mascara and comes out in huge clumps. I have to use another mascara container to remove it. I've noticed that this was another issue with the Paradise type mascaras that I've had issues with. Hopefully L'Oréal can fix this flaw because the mascara wand and Paradise is good. Just defective.Reply from L'Oreal Paris1 month agoHello! It's ok

Horrible
Tried this mascara 6 times. Every time clumped, left residue on my face, do you know how frustrating it is to have to redo your whole routine! Nice mascara

It gives my lashes, incredible length and definition without clumping or flaking throughout the day the formula builds beautifully so I can go for a natural every day look or add a few extra coats for more drama.
