Like the coverage of the brow pen/tip a lot. However, the lid does not stay on. The pen dried out and I couldn't fix it. I purchase a second pen and same thing, the lid popped off and dried. The bad part is the lid popped off on both pens right away so I hardly got to use them.Reply from L'Oreal3 days agoOh no Jobi, we are so sorry that happened—not just once, but twice! Product cap design is ruining the experience.
Product cap is flawed. I loved this product for the first 2 weeks - used it all the time but unfortunately the cap kept coming off in my make-up bag, no matter how many times I made sure it was on tight. As a result, the product dried out - making it unusable. I purchased it again thinking it was a one time thing, but the SAME issue occurred. The applicator is great - cap needs a redesign. I <3 it but the cap won't stay on.
I L.O.V.E. this product BUT the cap will not stay on! I press it on until it clicks but it pops off as soon as I put it in the drawer or in my purse. I cnn't afford to keep replace these dried out pens. Faux Brown for Brows
I have been using the Faux Brow for six months or so. I do not have eyebrows and have used this over tattooed brows that are fading. It has worked for me. The only issue I have had with the last two that I have purchased is the cap keeps popping off the end and dries out. Extremely frustrating because I know there is more ink inside when you shake it. Perfect brows

Almost What I Need.
The lightest one is Blonde and it’s still too dark for me. My skin is pale and my hair color is light blonde. I gave it 4 starts because it went on well, was easy to use, and would’ve been perfect if it was the right color. Oh well. Good Product- Terrible Packaging
Love the product and would have given it a 5 Star review if it wasn't for the faylty cap. It does not stay close, and the tip dries out and its no loner usable. I'm on my 3rd pen not because i've run out but because of a poorly designed "spring loaded" cap. The cap sucks
I really like this but pleassseeee, fix the cap issue !! This is my second one because the first one, the lid was cracked somehow and popped off and it dried out.
