We would like to clarify how Feria shade 11.21 works. This product is a permanent hair color and does not contain any bleach. It is specifically formulated to lift and lighten naturally uncolored, dark hair. When a high-lift permanent color is applied over hair that has already been previously colored or pre-lightened, it can interact unexpectedly with the existing artificial color pigments, which can lead to dark or unintended results. To lighten hair that has already been color-treated or pre-lightened further, a bleaching product is necessary.
