If you don't close the lid tightly, the product DRIES out! Need to add a CLICK to the tube so that you know for sure it is closed. I use the Black Infallible Super Slim and love it but can't afford to keep buying it and can't tell when it is totally closed.Reply from L'Oreal2 weeks agoHello! Quality has changed- tip gets no product
Used to be my favorite eyeliner but something has changed. Bought one and within 2 weeks the tip was dry. Thought maybe i left in capped or something so bought another one. Same issue after a few uses. Bought a third one from a different store and same problem. No product is getting to the tip after the first couple of uses. You can try and use the sides but it is weird and does not work well. So sad and now I have to find a new eyeliner after so many years.Reply from L'Oreal2 months agoHello! Absolute garbage. The product never even reaches the end of the flimsy tip, so you have to mash and drag it against your eyelid in the desperate hope of getting enough product deposited that you can finesse it with a q-tip. Tip bends and flicks and dries out in seconds, leaving smudges and splats of eyeliner instead of a clean line. Zero control, zero pay offReply from L'Oreal4 weeks agoHello! Not impressed
It started out great on the eye lid. When I got to the bottom lash it wouldn’t work. I tried it on a tissue and had to press too hard to get the liquid to come down then it wouldn’t transfer to my lash line. Definitely a waste of money.Reply from L'Oreal Paris5 months agoHello! 1 use wonder
I love this product! It didn't smear and cause black circles under my eyes. But it runs out after 1 use. I bought several tuning maybe it was just a bad batch. Everyone is bought did the same. Dry Applicator
I have been using this eyeliner for years always got compliments and just recently, The last month or two. Each one I’ve purchased seems to dry out right after using once.
