It turned my hair green..not at first. The initial color looks great. It's a deep warm chocolate brown put of the container. It smells good. It feels good. But after it fades out after a wash it left a green after color that is tacky. It's green in a very bad way. Not green like you might see in Colorista turquoise but green like you made a mistake and now you needs oops color correction. It's not the end of the world. It happens. It is annoying..it's just more reasons to test before you go whole hog. You don't really want this to happen to your hair. I am going to probably put it up to if it seems too good to be true it probably is. The color on the box is beautiful, in the container it's beautiful, on your hair it is beautiful, but the actual tint tone is puke green. It's not the end of the world it's just my hair. I'm Chicago no one would notice really they might think I wanted green hair. But this is not St Patrick's Day green. It's oh no gotta wear a hat green. It's dissatisfaction disappointing. If your hair is gray and not brassy, Cool Brunette is not recommended. The shade "Rich Brunette" might be the one for your hair type! Reach for this toning gloss when your natural hair needs a color pick-me-up or when your color-treated hair starts to fade. Use it once per week following your shampoo and conditioner to maintain shiny hair. Suitable for all hair types and textures. Works on color-treated or natural hair. Total scam
This product does nothing, left on for 30 minutes and still had the yellow tint in my pure uncolored white hair. Is not worth the moneyReply from L'Oreal3 months agoHi George! The absolute best
I’ve tried pretty much every silver toner from this line, and without a doubt, this one is the winner. It completely neutralizes all yellow and orange tones in my hair with no visible damage. My only complaint is that it starts to fade after about three washes. Excellent for dull gray hair.

No good. Back to the drawing biard
