Magic in a bottle

Overall the serum provided some plumbing of fine lines. The area felt brighter and smoother. BUT, the serum started yellowing within a few weeks and now is showing signs of cloudiness. I use the product at a normal rate, so there is no way it should be going bad this soon. I suspect the applicator and the transfer of skill cells back into the bottle is to blame. I won't be buying product with this type of applicator again. Overall the product was OK but didn't wow me.Reply from L'Oreal5 months agoHello! Great product
Quality product. I like the packaging also. The applicator is easy to use. You only need a small amount of the product for each application in order for it to work. It lasts a long time and works well with the other products that are in the same line of products. Bad batch or new formula???
I have been using this serum for many years and have always loved it and would give it 5 stars in the past. However, I am not satisfied with the most recent bottle I purchased. This was always a nice thick serum and loved the consistency. This bottle however is very watery! I don’t even need to squeeze drops out of the dropper like I have always done in the past. I remove the dropper from the bottle and it just drips all over because it is so watery without me even having to squeeze the dropper. This has never happened in the past. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or if you changed your formula. I hope it’s not the latter! Otherwise I will have to look for a new serum unfortunately.Reply from L'Oreal7 months agoHello!
