I am completely gray and this covers my gray beautifully. When I go to my hair solon I always get asked about my hair color and comments like.." love the color"... My husband bought the wrong color for me by mistake. When he tried to exchange it, they would not do it and made him buy the new ones, then refused to honor the coupons he had used to buy the original ones. Color results are nothing like the final results.
I typically go with 4 Dark Brown but I mistakenly chose 5A Medium Ash Brown. Instead of brown I got reddish copper brown which I do not like at all. When moving to a lighter level (such as going from a Level 4 to a Level 5) or using an ash tone, underlying warm pigments can sometimes be exposed, causing the color to pull warmer than the box images suggest. Easy to apply

Smells bad
