I have been a loyal L'Oreal Superior Preference user for years and used to buy many different shades with great results. However, the new formula is completely terrible. It no longer covers gray hair at all, even when applied professionally by a hairstylist. On top of that, the color washes out after just 1–2 shampoos. Solons can't believe it's a box color
I am completely gray and this covers my gray beautifully. When I go to my hair solon I always get asked about my hair color and comments like.." love the color"... Perfect

Color results are nothing like the final results.
I typically go with 4 Dark Brown but I mistakenly chose 5A Medium Ash Brown. Instead of brown I got reddish copper brown which I do not like at all. When moving to a lighter level (such as going from a Level 4 to a Level 5) or using an ash tone, underlying warm pigments can sometimes be exposed, causing the color to pull warmer than the box images suggest. Easy to apply

Smells bad

Color not vibrant
I have used the Féria 56 brilliant Boudreaux for 30 years. Why did you stop making the color? I have yet to find a color even close to #56.
