I typically go with 4 Dark Brown but I mistakenly chose 5A Medium Ash Brown. Instead of brown I got reddish copper brown which I do not like at all. When moving to a lighter level (such as going from a Level 4 to a Level 5) or using an ash tone, underlying warm pigments can sometimes be exposed, causing the color to pull warmer than the box images suggest. Easy to apply

Smells bad

Color not vibrant
I have used the Féria 56 brilliant Boudreaux for 30 years. Why did you stop making the color? I have yet to find a color even close to #56. Best box hair dye

Light ash brown.

Perfect color for me.
I finally found my perfect hair color with 9G Light Golden Blonde. It covers the grey totally and looks more natural than any other L’OREAL hair color I’ve tried over the last 15 years! Now I’ve been told it’s being discontinued and I’m upset enough about it to write. 5A medium ash brown
I always use the 5A medium ash brown hair dye in the past and it always turn into a nice ash medium brown. I recently bought the hair dye and my hair turned out ok, but it got the some red and copper undertones. I dont like the red/copper undertone color on my hair.
