Lactaid 2% milk has become a staple at our house. My partner doesnt do well with regular milk and honestly I dont like the taste much, this has become the perfect alternative. It taste super fresh and creamy and we have used in in everything from smoothies, coffee to cooking. Since I became lactose intolerant after gastric surgery, I drink Lactaid instead and successfully avoid unpleasant symptoms. Smooth creamy and easy on the stomach.
This milk tastes great and has a smooth, fresh flavor. The carton is easy to poor and stays fresh for a long time. Easy absorption on the my stomach, while still giving the same creamy texture and smell as regular milk. Works really well for my lactose sensitivity. Delicious real tasting milk
