lactaid chewables are pretty decent for what they are but it may definitely depend on i think the severity of your lactose intolerance. i have tried a lot of these products and i think it's one of the most helpful but i also have a pretty severe issue with dairy. it definitely will keep you covered until you're back home to use your toilet in peace vs. out and about if you have a bad intolerance like mine. if yours is on the kinder side, you'll be just fine.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com- DanielAReviewed 2 months ago
Lifesaver
These lactase fast acting capsules have been a lifesaver for me. I like dairy too much to give it up and these actually let me eat pizza, ice cream or anything with cheese without regretting it later they are my lifesaver. Saves my life (and my stomach) every time
When I tell you I have tried so many other medications like this, but I always keep coming back to Lactaid. This truly is the best of the best. Lactaid is so effective that I don’t have to adjust my diet to avoid dairy. You take just 1 tablet with the first bite of dairy and voila!
