Still using these...
I exclusively pump and had trouble producing, so my lactation specialist suggested warm before I pump and cool after. I have two pairs of these and am very glad that I got them. I always have a set in the freezer and one at room temperature ready to warm. We also use these as a cold pack for mild injuries because they're so flexible, smaller than most cold packs, and the cover is soft. Versatile and convenient
These hot and cold breast therapy packs are a must have for early postpartum and beyond. They can be frozen or heated depending on need. I recommend having two packs so one can always be in the freezer! I have had my set for 5 years and they’ve held up great. Beyond breastfeeding, they work well for boo-boos on small children! Helps with Intial Feeding/ Pumping Pain
These are so effective and functional and helping to relieve any engorgement or feeding pain, especially when initially starting out breastfeeding or pumping. The outer cloth can be washed and helped as a barrier against the cool packs. One of the better packs
