Yummy for POTS
I struggle with Hyper POTS, and sometimes extra fluids and salt are enough to nip my symptoms in the bud. Liquid IV tastes good and provides the salt I need. Passion Fruit & Grape are my favorites! I mix Strawberry with fresh lemon juice for a really great combo. I have health issues that require lots of hydration. My doctor recomended Liquid IV.
