STAY HYDRATED
Liquid IV works wonders for me, when this product first came out I tried it and it worked immediately. Sometimes I forget to drink water and don’t realize it until I start to feel dizzy. When I found out about liquid IV I tried it. Once I started drinking it, I haven’t had that issue anymore.
