Different, but I’m not a fan
I’m not a fan of this flavor; its just a bit muddled versus refreshing. I bought in bulk, so I just mix 1 pack of RS & 1 pack of another flavor in my 60oz water jug. It helps me get the electrolytes I need, while not wasting the product. AGAIN, it’s not horrible. Hydrated
I started drinking LIQUID IV to make sure that I stay hydrated during my breastfeeding journey. Not only is the flavor delicious but it helps me stay hydrated throught out the day! I also enjoy that fact that I do not have to stress about ingredients as they are very minimal and basic.
