Absolutely love this. I started taking B-complex per Dr’s suggestion as I’ve been dealing with some nerve and muscle issues. I am always VERY careful when starting any new medication or supplement as our bodies are all different. I tend to be very sensitive to medications and certain supplements. I did my research and love that this one also supports heart and nervous system health. I deal with anxiety from my ocd and this supplement, along with my med has been awesome. I have more energy, my mood is perkier, and I overall feel better. I also started this with a low dose of D3. (2000 iu per my Dr.) I have had no tummy issues or nausea. It’s easy to swallow as it has a kinda “slick” coating. It does have that vitamin smell and that sorta vitamin taste , but it isn’t bad at all. It sorta makes me think ab how I’m being healthy lol. Oh, I also appreciate that it’s not ridiculously priced !!{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
