Could not reset passcode
Instructions said to turn and hold down the U shaped part, turn 90 and then 180 degrees. Could not turn 180. It accidentally registered another passcode that i tried to unsuccessfully undo. Stuck with a useless lock. Waste of my time. Dont buy it, go with a lock with key.7 months agoWe appreciate your feedback and apologize for your inconvenient experience with this product.
Master Lock is committed to improving the user experience on all our padlocks by enhancing functionality and ease of use. Garbage product, infuriating
The fact that CVS still sells this trash despite all the bad reviews is insanely dumb. Just wasted too much of my time trying to set a combination on this. If I had seen these reviews beforehand, I wouldn’t have bothered buying it. Will be returning tomorrow and they’d better not give me any issues with the return8 months agoWe appreciate your feedback and apologize for your inconvenient experience with this product.
Master Lock is committed to improving the user experience on all our padlocks by enhancing functionality and ease of use.
