We are so sorry to hear that you noticed an unusual scent and experienced a runny consistency with your tube, as this is certainly not the standard of quality we want you to experience with Maybelline. Because this formula is designed to be lightweight and contains 2% salicylic acid to help clear skin, the texture is naturally fluid, but it should never be completely watery or drip uncontrollably from the packaging. To help with the consistency, we highly recommend giving the tube a very firm shake before each use to ensure the active ingredients and pigments are beautifully blended. Storing the tube upright with the cap facing upwards can also help prevent any unexpected product from running out when you open it. Perfect for daily use
I have been using this (on and off) for the past 10 years, and I always come back to it! The light coverage is just enough to smooth out skin for everyday use, and the salicylic acid completely controls my light acne without needing any other acne treatments. I am so glad I just re-purchased. Please never discontinue this product because it is exactly what I need for daily skin confidence. holy grail

Product was Watery
I bought very excited to try but it came out super watery and splotchy. On top of that it dried out my skin horribly.1 year agoHey there! Great for my acne prone skin!
I've been using this product for years and I love it. This product covers the acne but is never a cakey look. It makes it look like I'm not wearing anything on my face, which I love. The salicylic acid has also seemed to maybe help my acne since I wear this from AM to PM. Too yellow, clogs pores
I liked the light coverage but the shades are too yellow toned, even for my warm tone skin, and it clogs my pores consistently. I usually only apply to cheeks or forehead and it clogs the area every time, even when I wash with micellar water and double cleanse like I do every time I wear makeup.
