Cannot get the product out
Cannot get the product out to use bad packaging not good for a big brand like this everyone that bought this and have this issue should get a refund please look into this packaging looks full but nothing comes out 🙏Reply from maybelline.com1 month agoHello! Frustrating
I am unable to see any makeup on the dry eraser, even after keeping it upside down over night. Defective product here too and can’t return it since it’s been opened.Reply from Maybelline4 months agoHello! We definitely understand how frustrating it is when you're ready to use a product and it doesn't dispense as expected! For your first use, we suggest twisting the neck of the applicator in the direction of the arrows until the concealer appears. Sometimes it can take several turns, up to 6-8 or more, to initially prime the sponge. Disappointed
Very disappointed. After working only 4 hours, I get home and I looked awful. It looked like my fine lines multiplied. There goes more money down the drain.Reply from Maybelline5 months agoHi there! Easy to use product very much recommended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was really easy to use. Just twist and the product starts coming out the soft top. Overall coverage wise.I would say that this product definitely did the job. great product for great coverage
I am 76 years old and kind of stuck in my ways, so I never paid attention to make up. For several years I wore the same old concealer that didn't get the job done so since I had been seeing commercials and ads about this eraser concealer, I thought I would give it a try for the red areas under my eyes as well as the black circles. OMG! I can't believe how much younger I look. It's a subtle change but at the same time it's has taken probably 20 years off of my face.
