    Feel cheated

    I love this product but I feel like we get cheated because the applicator is to short and it leaves to much product in the tube that we could use.

    Too thick for a lip gloss

    The color silk which is a brownish color washed out my fair complexion. The consistently is too thick for a “lip gloss”. Very disappointed in its formula.

    What happened to SAND?

    I can’t believe they discontinued the shade “Sand”. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am, it was my favourite shade of any lip product I have EVER tried. I have been looking for it everywhere online. I can’t find a dupe even or a shade that comes close.

    Oh no, we totally feel your heartbreak! There is nothing more devastating than when your "holy grail" shade—the one that makes you feel like you can take on all of New York—gets retired. We know the struggle of scouring the internet for that one perfect tube of "Sand"; once you find the shade that defines your look, a dupe just doesn't feel the same. It’s like losing a part of your signature style, and we are so sorry to hear you’re feeling let down!
