This is honestly a common trend with drug store brands and maybelline in general but I wanted to give this product a fair go. But instantly on applying the product it looked too yellow or orange it didn't even come close to being anywhere near pale or cool enough for my skin to highlight or use as foundation, even the bronzing and contour shades were too warm for me, it just looked like I spent the past hour swimming in an orange fanta. It's really unfortunate too cause the formula is really nice but with the current shade range this product isnt for me, I just hope they finally make a proper pale skin product with actual cool undertones cause literally none of their complexion products beyond the lifter stix work for me.Reply from maybelline.com1 month agoHello there! My New Mainstay
I had been looking for a stick foundation to try as part of a revamp of my makeup routine to make it more aligned with my aging skin. For me, the Lifter Stix has been like a miracle. It applies easily, blends easily to this beautiful natural finish that has been leaving me in awe. It provides the perfect balance of coverage and moisture in the product formulation. I will be bragging about Lifter Stix in my socials! Color: 65. Due to the season, I would say my skin tone is lt to medium brown with red undertones. Don’t stop making this
I love this so much! It’s my go to for work makeup. I swipe it all over my face and blend with with a brush and set it with some powder and liquid blush. I look like I’m glowing and it only took me 3 minutes to do. I got the shade 25, I’m a light- medium honey toned Latina and this shade blends so well. Alright highlighter, nothing special

Not for me

Additionally I found the product to be a bit sticky/cakey. Great for a quick, lightweight lift!
