Go-To Eyeliner
This is hands down the best black eyeliner I’ve ever used. I’ve repurchased it multiple times because nothing else compares. It goes on smoothly, stays put all day without smudging or fading, and looks just as good at the end of the day as it did when I first applied it. As someone with sensitive eyes, I also love that it’s the only eyeliner I’ve found that doesn’t make my eyes itch or become irritated.
