Initially I LOVED using this pump; however, I’m 4 weeks into using it and now I fight with the suction every session. It is SO frustrating! Medela obviously knows this is an issue (based on other reviews). Best product if on a budget
This is a very efficient and effective option for quick pumping sessions. It’s especially useful for fast relief at night, managing engorgement, or helping with a strong letdown without setting up an electric pump. Suction feels comfortable and natural, and it works well when you need something quick and simple. The downside is that the handle can sometimes twist during use, which means you have to reposition it at times. Still, it’s a great grab-and-go option that’s reliable and doesn’t require any setup or charging. Comfortable

Great. Except... dip in supply and suction lost
Its efficient! It cam get 3 or 4 oz right away (within 10 mins). I ditched my baby Buddha in favor of this hand pump, but after a few weeks my supply dipped significantly because it wasnt catching the second let down. Also each and every time ive washed it, its impossible to dry completely and it looses suction as a result. Perfect Manual Pump
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump is perfect for new and experienced moms. It provides excellent suction and extraction of breast milk. Very easy to assemble and clean between uses. The handle gives it a perfect grip for a seamless pump. I keep one in my "mommy bag" for use at work and one at home. Good to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for one month and appreciated it. It was especially useful when I had to nurse on one side only. It’s easy to use and comfortable. It is more of a short season pump, as your hand may be tired if you’re someone who wants to pump for a long period of time.
