I usually take mine first thing in the morning and I’m pretty much set for the day. They have a pleasant taste and I don’t notice any bad aftertaste like some other iron supplements have. I just wish the iron content was a bit higher so I didn’t have to take multiple gummies to meet my daily needs. I want to start off by saying Mega Food is the best vitamin brand out. I loved their Blood Builders gummies but I did get complaints with my friends about the flavor even though i dont mind it. I gave the same friends this iron gummy and they loved it and i do too.
