So I didn’t feel the bar was not enough to replace a meal. I took 1 star off because it has a lot of sugar for me. The bars are very dense and filling. The texture isn't too dry like some other protein bars. The bars are very large so I could only eat half of bar in one sitting. I liked the taste and crunch. It tasted like a snack - but was good for me.
