Gentle and effective
Metamucil is part of my everyday health. Its easy to use and I make it part of my daily routine. I add it to my water bottle, give it a good shake and enjoy the taste quite a bit, tastes like orange tang. The sugar free option is what I buy and it really helps digestion. Didn’t know it was sugar free when I bought it. Noticed it thickened quickly . Only difference between this jar was sugar free and last jar had sugar.
