Loving this conditioner, paired with the moisturizing shampoo! I've been going crazy since hitting peri/menopause with how much the structure of my hair has changed. Everything about it is different and how it reacts to product along with it. I can't use any of the same things I've counted on for years. I've been searching for a long time to find something that makes my hair mine again. I know product can't repair the inherent nature of that change but it can make it more manageable. My hair is fine but I have a ton of it. It used be super soft, shiny with a lot of body. Now it's more straight, still soft but more coarse in way that isn't style friendly and everything either makes it straw like, to heavy, completely style resistant and dull. This changed dramatically after the first wash and condition. While still somewhat style resistant, I can manage it with much more ease. I'm not spending an hour with it at wits ends and wanting to grab the clippers to shave it all off. It's shiny, soft, looks and feels healthy and isn't stick straight. A small amount of conditioner goes surprisingly far. It rinses easily and leaves my hair feeling smooth and soft without the heaviness or greasiness moisturizing products can cause. The scent is pleasant and mild and won't interfere with any perfume or cologne. I can't thank you enough for providing products that works! Warm and fresh

Soft and frizz free
Method Simply Nourish Conditioner has been really good for my hair. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and moisturized without making it feel heavy or greasy. The scent is clean and comforting, and it lasts in my hair all day without being too strong. bad damage to hair
I bought this because of the reviews, price and it smelled nice. However, my hair started falling out and I learned that this conditioner actually caused my hair severe breakage! When I quit using it, the breakage stopped.
