I took this on my first day of my period. Big mistake. After not even an hour, my cramps were still there and I began to shake and sweat. I felt cold and hot at the same time, I wasn’t in my right head space and I was sweating profusely. DO NOT TAKE!! Avoid if you’re sensitive to caffeine
