I have only used this product twice because my period cramps are very severe to where I am not able to continue working and sometimes it does make me sick. With my cramps being so severe I do take Midol when I’m at work sometimes, most of the time I am better off just taking Tylenol because it does make the pain go away. Always a must have. It’s effective every time. And you can buy it anywhere. Helps alot
Don't have many menstrual cycles anymore due to peromenipause, but I had one come up this morning and I took some middle I had sitting on the shelf after I checked the expiration date....within 20 minutes my headache was gone and I am feeling good.
