It heats up fast and is really comfortable! Must have in your medicine cabinet!

Bring her some relief home!

Does not heat on its own

Convenient
I got these patches for Christmas and I love them. I can Just grab one and go. I definitely wish they stayed warm longer And came with more in a box. I’m used to an actual heating pad but for my busy days that I’m constantly moving all day the patches work great. I recommend for the best results possible is to wear thin undies or a t-shirt (for back pain). Not a fan
Maybe if you had baby cramps this would work but for me? Not really like it lessens it for a little bit but if you’re one to have like really bad cramps, this isn’t really going to do much.
