I have tried so many liquid eyeliners.. this one is the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. The tip is horrible not even like a brush or a felt tip like described it’s like a rounded rubber tip??? You do not get that “sharp” look this is horrendous, I wish I could give zero stars since there’s nothing good about it. I’ve bought the same eyeliner for years . The quality of this eyeliner has went down so much. It’s like putting water on your eyes.
