Good eyeliner, true to the title for sure. only complaint is with the felt tip sometimes the product isn't all the waay on the end so you end up with thick smudgy lines when trying to do skinny points or it makes eyeliner that hasn't fully dried look a bit rubbed off/streaky. Never believe what you hear.
I took it out of the package feeling excited to put it on because I heard such great reviews. It sunk right into my crease lines,looks dry and ugly.
