I suffer from IBS-C and thought I would try these to get things moving along. I try not to take laxatives very often but I took three of these and drank plenty of water to help it move along and it did nothing for me. I keep myself pretty hydrated so that is not the issue. amazing results, can’t stand the flavor

Fast acting

It's a fantastic product but not very great taste

Worst cramps ever
Omg it did work quickly. I pooped within an hour but i cramped so bad i broke out in a cold sweat and imagined it feeling like i was in birthing labor.
