Refillable cartridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The description says “Prefilled Applicators”, and I received the packages today & they are NOT prefilled. The boxes show it as prefilled also. Easy to use and readily available, since it already comes in three pre-fill ejectors to make its use more convenient.
