I followed the instructions to remove the cap, and it was really hurting my arthritic fingers. I tried using both scissors and a knife to pry it open, and ended up breaking the bottle. The $16.49 medicine spilled right down my sink drain. I do not understand why over-the-counter medicine would be packaged in such a way that makes it extra difficult for an ailing customer to get some relief from a stuffy nose. Very hard
It’s very hard to get the safety cap off of this thing so you can use it don’t waste your time buying this unless you want a headache to go with your nasal congestion3 months agoHi Robert. Avoid - bottle won’t open
Spent $16 on this guy and it won’t open even when following directions. If you have arthritis, forget about it. I don’t and still couldn’t open it. And of course their consumer helpline was closed. Really Works Well!
I had the flu from hell and this IMMEDIATELY cleared my congestion. Within minutes, I could breathe through my nose again!
