I purchased the Mustela Stelatopia + lipid replenishing cream for my eczema extremely dry skin and I am very impressed by it so far. This formula is smooth and moisturizing but it is not nearly as good as the item that I think it replaced. Please bring back the original Stelatopia balm! It was perfect in every way. Might be good for dry skin

Amazing

I also love that this brand promotes and advocates for gentle and organic products. Very gentle and effective

Savior for Eczema
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler has very dry patches/eczema on the backs of her knees and her armpits. This cream has been a lifesaver. The directions say to use the cream two times a day. I typically use it 1-2 times and it's been a huge improvement. My daughter is no longer scratching herself raw because her skin is so dry. There's very little scent. The cream rubs in easily but it does leave a little residue on the skin. I can usually still feel the cream on her skin a couple hours later BUT that's partly due to it being a barrier cream.
