Please read the ingredient list as a lot of what is in this product, both active and inactive ingredients are gut killers. Who would put aluminum in their system after all the research about how bad aluminum is for one's body? Also, xanthum gum, Benzyl alcohol, Carboxymethylcellulose sodium, and Microcrystalline cellulose are health destroyers and will disrupt the good microbes in the gut. Tastes amazing and truly works!

The taste isn’t the best, but since it helps it can be easy to look past.
