I appreciate the warranty replacement program, and the entire process has speeded up considerably! I feel that the unit itself doesn't have a long life, even though I take good care of it. It appears there is nothing I can do to make it last for more than a few months. Great service on a great priduct
Our family has been very happy with the ultrapure steamer. When it stopped working, the mypurmist organization was very responsive and helpful. I LOVE THIS STEAMER
Wow I love my cordless steamer. I've struggled with vocal health and vocal injury, this steamer has helped me recover as well as helped my sinuses! And i can wear it while I do housework! It's perfect. Great Product Replaced When Needed
