I bought this product several months ago and can report that the gel pads do not deliver the cold therapy I expected. After 15 minutes I find my metatarsal area of my foot is no longer cold which isn't what one would expect. I think a frozen bag of peas from the grocery store would perform much better{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
