Not effective

Bottle lids are stripped
I had to use a butcher knife to open the bottles. The lids completely stripped. This was two in a row. Works for three or four hours
This consistently is effective at getting to sleep, but not staying asleep as it is advertised on the label. I’ve taken this for an entire month, and I consistently wake up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Helps sleep.
This product helps you relax and sleep comfortably for hours with no bad results. The cost is excellent. It doesn't give a acid reflux like some medicines do.
