Left filling groggy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Medications work differently for everyone. The pills are small and easy to dissolve, once it was small enough I crewed the remaining. It wasn’t horrible but the taste was like bitter and sour. Raspberry. The only good parts was I fell asleep within 30 minutes of taking it. Great for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this supplement while on a work trip to make sure I got good rest in between the stress of travel, hotel rooms, and time zone changes. They worked great, honestly. I popped one about 30 minutes before bed, it dissolved quickly in my mouth, and I set myself up in bed to read for 20-30 minutes waiting for it to fully kick in. I fell asleep within 15 minutes, and my sleep tracker said I got great quality sleep. Good nights sleep

It helps me relax and get a good nights sleep with no grogginess the next morning. I like that it dissolves in your mouth without needing water. However it does take a few minutes to completely dissolve. Good but not for me

It did help me falling asleep quick, but still woke up a few times at night. For my son they worked great. He slept through the night and woke up rested. Maybe I need to take 2 next time to get some good night sleep. Finally a sleep aid tuat works naturaly
